SKULL SELECTION

• If you have selected a skull from my inventory:  Once the skull is selected, a non-refundable 50% deposit invoice will be emailed to the client.  This invoice must be paid within 24 hours to reserve that specific skull.

• Prices vary on each skull.  If the client has already paid the deposit invoice and wishes to change their selection, it may affect the price on the final invoice. 

DESIGN PROCESS

• If the design is altered or additional work is requested after the design has been finalized, the final invoice will reflect an additional charge based on the complexity of the changes.

• If an in-person design meeting is requested, the 50% deposit must be paid in order to schedule the meeting.

• I can provide a rough sketch once a deposit has been placed.  If additional sketches are requested, I can accommodate those requests for an additional fee.

INVOICING

• All deposits are non-refundable.

​

• Final payment is due by the specified date on the invoice, or late fees will be added. 

​

• Shipping is an additional charge.  I will provide an estimated shipping cost upon initial inquiry.

• If a skull is not picked up by the client or shipping charges haven’t been paid within 2 weeks of the date from the invoice, I reserve the right to charge storage fees ($15 per week) to the client.  Storage fees must be paid in order for the piece to be picked up or shipped.

• Final payment must be paid in order for a piece to be picked up.

• In the event that a client is needing a skull by a specified time (less than 2 weeks), additional charges will be added based on the complexity and time needed to complete the piece.

DELIVER/PICKUP/SHIPPING

• The skull must be picked up within 2 weeks before storage fees will be charged to the client ($15 per week).

• I (Emily Miner) will not be liable for loss or damages after the delivery of the client’s artwork.

• If a piece is damaged from my shipping service, I will replace the piece at no charge unless there is a time constraint of less than 2 weeks.  In that case, there will be an additional charge.

• If you live in the DFW area, I can deliver the skull for an additional charge (depending on where the client is located in the metroplex).

• Shipping or Delivery charges must be paid in order for the skull to be released.
